My name is Aakansha. I have a passion for helping people. I am understanding, patient, empathetic, friendly and I have good listening skills. Through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, my role is to study how the clients could understand themselves, as well as develop more positive ways of behaving for their benefit. This is done by facilitating them to replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts which would in turn help them to feel and act positively.
