It can be hard to understand our emotions, and know how we feel about them. If you feel like you need someone to talk to, I’m here to help. I aim to provide a space to allow you to process these emotions, and work through them. What you bring to each session will be discussed confidentially and free of judgement. I have experience working as a therapist, both professionally and as a volunteer. I have volunteered for Community Care & Wellbeing Service (CCAWS) and Vision Support charities.
