I’m Adenike Rebecca Teichert, an integrative therapeutic counsellor, trauma-informed practitioner and coach based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. As a neurodivergent individual (AuDHD), I bring both professional expertise and lived experience, particularly in supporting neurodivergent clients and their families. My practice includes Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Transactional Analysis, all within a trauma-informed framework.
