I work with LGBTQ+ adults in individual and group psychotherapy. My way of working is reflective, relational, and psychodynamic. People come whether they are feeling confused, overwhelmed, or simply unsure where to start. Therapy is a place to slow things down and pay attention to what has been shaping your experience over time, including patterns that repeat, moments that feel stuck, or ways of relating that no longer feel possible to live with.
