I am a qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I'm currently specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My background is in Psychology in which I have an MSc and BSc. I lectured and taught psychology for many years and during my time in education I was a pastoral tutor to students aged 14-18.
