I am a humanistic integrative therapist.I am able to work with a wide range of difficulties using different theoretical approaches to suit the client. I believe the key to successful therapy is the relationship between us . I am friendly and empathetic ,I am here to support and get to know you through our therapy sessions together. I work from a Therapy centre in St Albans and also have use of a Therapy room in Borehamwood . Our session will last 50 minutes.
