Hello, I'm Áine. I am a counsellor and psychotherapist (MBACP, UKCP). I work face to face and have limited online availability. I provide a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space in which to clarify and reflect on your situation, process what you want from life and find a way of moving forward.
