I trained as a pluralistic counsellor, and so I draw upon a variety of modalities when working with clients. Apart from my formal counselling training, I have a PhD in English literature (a psychoanalytic study of Harold Pinter's plays) and am currently working towards another PhD in philosophy (the theme is regret over major life decisions).
