I am a psychotherapist and counsellor, Advanced Certified EFT Practitioner, based in Amsterdam-West, Netherlands and Gkizi, Greece. I work with anxiety, Autism (ASD), ADHD, child development, parental burnout, attachment, and postnatal depression. I use CBT, Person Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Attachment, ACT, trauma counselling, mindfulness and self-compassion in my integrative therapeutic approach with a strong emphasis on Neurodiversity affirming practices. Online therapy is also possible.
