I'm an integrative therapeutic counsellor with over 10 years' experience working with adults and young people. I work relationally and aim to create a warm, non-judgemental, growth-promoting environment in which you can gently explore your individual situation and whatever may be troubling you, develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your life experiences and find a positive way forward. In addition to working privately, I have worked for the past 8 years as an NHS Staff Counsellor.
