About

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor working at the West London Centre for Counselling (WLCC) in Hammersmith. Previously, I worked in the broadcasting industry and the aid sector, including 18 years overseas, so I come to counselling later in life with a wealth of life experience. At times, life can feel tough, uncertain and a struggle for all sorts of different reasons, generating a variety of difficult emotions, that impact how we feel about ourselves, our relationships and the world around us.
