I am a Brazilian medical doctor and sexologist offering online coaching and psychoeducational support from Portugal. I work mainly with adults and couples who want to understand their sexuality more deeply, reduce shame and build relationships that feel more honest, caring and alive. My background in Psychiatry (PUC-Rio) and Human Sexuality (USP and Universidade de Lisboa) helps me support people facing questions about desire, intimacy, identity and self-worth, including around gender, orientation and relationship patterns. I have a special interest in how migration, culture and past experiences shape the way we show up in our bodies, our pleasure and our connections. In Brazil I practise as a licensed medical doctor. In Portugal and on TherapyRoute, my work is focused on non-medical coaching and psychoeducational support around sexuality and relationships, while any need for diagnosis, medication or psychotherapy is best addressed with local medical and mental-health services.
