I offer Mindfulness and Compassion Informed Therapy which combines my longstanding therapy experience (since first qualifying in 1998) with deep immersion in Mindfulness and Self-Compassion teaching since 2010. With an original training in Carl Rogers’ Client-Centred Therapy I undertook a special study during my MSc degree in Teaching Mindfulness-Based Approaches (Bangor University 2016) which explored the fit between mindfulness and client-centred therapy in both theory and practice.
