About

I am a psychotherapist and relational supervisor, and I work from my cosy garden room in the coastal village of Reydon in Southwold. I see therapy as a space to heal, grow and breathe. It isn't always about having something 'wrong' I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space in which to prioritise wellbeing, and to have the power to make positive changes. My approach is relational, using a unique blend of counselling and psychotherapeutic methods.
