I have been working as a BACP Accredited Counsellor since 2004 and I believe that first and foremost it's about building a rapport, a working relationship between myself and the client. I work in an integrative way, mainly using Person Centred, Transactional Analysis as well as creative approaches and focus very much on what the client themselves want from the sessions. I work either via telephone, video or face to face from my conservatory attached to my home.
