Welcome:) I am a BACP registered and accredited counsellor/psychotherapist working in the Liphook area, close to the Surrey/West Sussex border. In addition, I am an Ofsted registered Adoption counsellor with Barnardo's (supplier number 75983) and work with individuals, couples and young people. I use an integrative approach, along with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, which focuses primarily on the relationship between client and therapist.
