Sessions can be provided over the telephone, online via MS-Teams or Zoom. A call will be made witheld, if no answer on the first I will always attempt to try again, but will only make two attempts. A client is always expected to provided at least 24 houra notuce for cancellations or charges may still apply. Links for online MS-Teams or Zoom are always sent prior to the session.
