I work with adults and have extensive experience supporting people affected by gender-based violence, as well as those navigating anxiety and depression. I have also worked with adolescents and their families, supporting relational processes and emotional regulation within family systems. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and approach therapy as a collaborative, trauma-informed space, where safety, care, and trust are central. I am committed to co-constructing supportive environments that help people expand the tools they use to move through life, make decisions, and relate to their emotions with greater clarity and compassion. My work integrates the body and movement as core therapeutic resources. A trauma-informed, somatic approach allows us not only to think about change, but to embody it—accessing experiences and insights that may not always be available through words alone. I draw from relational, systemic, critical, and feminist perspectives, as well as creative processes, to support meaningful and sustainable change.
