I am an experienced Counsellor and also trained in couples counselling, with a private practice in a peaceful setting just six miles between Derby and Ashbourne and close to the University of Derby. In terms of personal style I am determined, professional and work with humanity, humour and warmth. Stressful life events often give rise to feelings of anxiousness and helplessness and can be a fertile place for our fears to escalate.
