I am a BACP registered Counsellor and Supervisor and have worked in the profession for over 20 years. My initial training was in the person centred modality, but I also work with an integrative approach drawing upon CBT and solution focused techniques. I have worked both in the Charity sector and the Private sector and am experienced in EAP work. I have a long history of working in the Domestic Abuse Sector and the Sexual Violence Sector.
