I am a US-trained Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Art Therapist based in Utrecht, Netherlands, offering English-language therapy for adults, adolescents, and international clients. Moving between cultures, building a life abroad, navigating relationships, identity, career changes, and major life transitions can bring unique challenges. I provide a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, understand themselves more deeply, and develop new ways of coping and connecting. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, combining relational talk therapy with creative and body-oriented approaches when helpful. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, identity questions, difficult life experiences, and relationship challenges. I have over eight years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in schools, community settings, coaching, and private practice. As someone who has lived across cultures, I understand the complexity of creating a sense of belonging in a new environment. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals and people navigating international or multicultural lives.
