I am a Person Centred Counsellor working with all aspects of mental health difficulties including but not exhaustive of anxiety. depression, childhood ACES and bereavement in adults and young people. I offer Counselling and supporting strategies for recovery with lifelong resilience to cope. I also specialise in ASD, ADHD and Dyslexia having worked in SEN schools for ten years inclusive of ages 6 to 25 years old.
