I am a registered BACP accredited therapist and offer both short-term and long-term therapy based on psychodynamic practice but using additional therapy models too when appropriate. It can be difficult to make the initial contact when you feel that certain things in life are affecting you badly and not going away but if you do take that first step I hope you will find me both friendly and understanding and someone who puts their clients at ease.
