I am a Counseling Psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families in England, Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Kenya, and the Maldives. As an International Affiliate of the American Psychological Association (APA) since 2009, I bring both global perspective and local sensitivity to my work. I offer online and in-person counselling from my bases in London and Colombo, helping clients navigate challenges such as addiction, anxiety, behavioral issues, grief, and life transitions. My therapeutic style is integrative and collaborative, combining Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered approaches. I believe that meaningful change begins with self-awareness. In our sessions, you’ll find a calm, confidential, and supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions, develop resilience, and build healthier patterns of living. My goal is not only to help you reduce distress in the present but also to strengthen the mental skills needed for long-term wellbeing and personal growth. What You Can Expect.
