I have been a supervisor for almost 20 years and offer supervision to students and also qualified counsellors. I feel the relationship between supervisors and supervisees is very important as you must be able to discuss with your supervisor any issue at all without feeling you might be judged or criticised. No matter how qualified or experienced we are, we are constantly learning from every client we see.
