I have experience in IAPT GP surgeries, private practice , Voluntary sector, NHS & NHS staff counselling, practicing as an integrative humanistic counsellor for thirty years and as an EMDR therapist for seventeen years. I have recently completed Level 2 training in Internal Family Systems. Whilst trained in EMDR and IFS, about which you can learn more on my website, my primary therapy lens is Person Centred.
