My name is Anna-Lou and I am a trained, accredited and experienced Integrative Psychotherapist (UK, 2023) and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (UK, 2020) with my initial training in Art Therapy (The Netherlands, 2006) who specialises in developmental trauma. My fields of specialism are victims of crime, domestic violence and sexual violence as well as cared for children, fostering and adoption. I work predominantly with children and young people but can on occasion work with adults.
