My initial training is an Integrative counsellor at FdSc level. I have psychotherapy training within sensorimotor therapy at L1 so work quite a lot within the body felt senses. I also have completed IFS (Internal Family System) training at L1, L2 (addictions and eating disorders) and L3. My therapy is very much through an IFS lens. I have also completed an (Hons) Degree in Health and Social Care.
