Many of the people who come to see me are living with anxiety, stress, burnout, or emotional overwhelm, often feeling overstimulated or exhausted after coping for a long time. You may be exploring ADHD, autism, or AuDHD — whether diagnosed, self-identified, or still questioning — and experiencing the impact of masking, autistic burnout, low self-esteem, or low self-confidence.
