About

For over 20 years I have worked as a social care manager with voluntary and statutory organisations within the NHS. In 1999 I trained at Durham University where I completed my professional counselling training to MA Level and commenced working for The Road Centre in 2001 as a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist. I have worked within multi-disciplinary teams of consultants, general practitioners, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapist both in my social care role and as counsellor.
