I am a BACP registered and UKCP Accredited practitioner offering counselling, psychotherapy and therapist supervision online and in Preston and Lytham areas. I work with clients online using a variety of platforms but also face to face from my office in Lytham St. Annes. I have a person centred ethos and approach but integrative in that I am able to offer CBT and EMDR also. I work with a number of insurance companies but also privately.
