I have a comfortable room in Middlesbrough at Park View Medical Clinic and I work with adults and young people. Starting counselling may feel daunting but I find clients quickly feel at ease with me. I myself have acessed counselling and found it to be so helpful. Together we can explore any issues you may have in a safe, non judgmental and confidential space. I believe that through sharing your emotions and life experiences you can begin to grow and heal.
