I believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship, which I see as a collaborative one, plays a crucial factor in the healing process. Although my training has incorporated Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma (EMDR) Therapy and Humanistic Psychotherapy, I have chosen to focus my way of working primarily on person-centred therapy, which is part of the humanistic approach, and accords most closely with my own philosophy.
