I'm Tony, a qualified integrative counsellor based in Hertfordshire, working face to face locally, and online across the UK. My counselling approach is rooted in a person-centred, relational foundation, where you're fully accepted as you are. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can speak freely and feel genuinely heard. My approach is also shaped by years of working in high-pressure, high performance environments, where resilience was essential and stress often hidden.
