My name is Anthony and I offer face-to-face and secure online and telephone counselling & psychotherapy. The consulting rooms are located in Cheltenham town centre, close to Sandford Park Lido and Cheltenham General Hospital. I work integratively (person-centred, relational psychodynamics and intersubjectively) which I can explain when we meet. Each session lasts for fifty minutes. I only work on a weekly basis as I've found this to be the most effective.
