I am a very conscientious and intuitive individual whose ability to be attuned to the individual person stems from my 4 years of studying, volunteering, my work as a registered British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) counsellor, and my lived experiences. As a counsellor, I have co-facilitated and developed an African-Caribbean women's therapeutic group. The group was designed to build self-esteem among women of colour (Mind, Greenwich).
