I came to this work not only through professional training, but through a lifelong inquiry into what it truly means to heal, belong, and feel at home within oneself. Over the last two decades, I have walked alongside people at their most vulnerable moments — times of heartbreak, loss, identity shifts, emotional exhaustion, and quiet inner suffering that often goes unseen. What I have learned is simple and profound: Most people are not broken. They are overwhelmed, unheard, and disconnected from their own inner safety. My role is not to fix you. It is to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where your nervous system can soften, your emotional world can feel welcome, and your deeper intelligence can emerge. I work slowly, intuitively, and relationally — paying attention not just to what is said, but to what is felt, avoided, and held in the body. This work is deeply meaningful to me because it honours something I believe strongly: Healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about returning to yourself.
