Greetings! I’m Alexis Silverman (she/her), and I’m a student therapist looking for new clients. My practice is based on the principle that everyone needs a calm, safe, non-judgmental, and anti-oppressive space to find and express their authentic selves. I like to meet individuals with curiosity, kindness, humour, empathy and compassion, and my practice is a place for adolescents and adults of all ages to find respite, resilience and relief from any of life’s problems, no matter how messy.
