My name is Brigitte, though many of my clients know me as Bee. I’m a Person-Centred Counsellor working in the Rutland area. My work is grounded in the Person-Centred approach, which means I don’t diagnose, direct, or give advice — instead, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, accepted, and supported to explore what’s going on for you. I believe that, given the right conditions, we all have the capacity to grow, heal, and move towards the life we want.
