Though I only recently opened Inversions Counselling at the beginning of 2025, I have been offering counselling since 2017. My relevant experience and training are below. I completed my counselling training at the University of North Texas in 2017, emphasizing interests in cognitive behavioural therapy, counselling adolescents and young adults and expressive arts therapy.
