Counselling provides a non-judgemental space to help us improve our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. It can also provide tools to help us cope better when things go wrong, helping us to live life with more confidence and resilience. I work with individuals on a 1-2-1 basis and hold diplomas in Person Centred and CBT counselling. I offer sessions remotely via telephone/Teams/Zoom I will always prioritise your needs and best interests in our sessions.
