About

I am an experienced Humanistic integrative counsellor and have been in private practice since 2011. Post qualifying I worked at the YPC Brighton, and then for Age Uk. It was a privilege to gain experience at both ends of the age spectrum. I currently work for the YMCA/Wellbeing service doing online counselling for 13-25 year olds, as well as private practice. My approach combines Person-Centred, Gestalt, Transactional analyis and Existential styles.
