I work with a range of common issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, loss, trauma, relationship issues, age related issues, developing self-esteem, breaking unhelpful habits and phobias amongst many others. You will be supported in a safe space to confidentially explore your issues. I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling Practice and a Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills. I can also incorporate approaches from cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT).
