Hi I'm Carmen, a BACP accredited Integrative Psychotherapist. I offer face to face counselling to adult individuals in my comfortable therapy room in Kingston upon Thames South-West London, or online via Zoom. Asking for help can bring up mixed emotions. And to add to the mix, finding the right therapist can feel seriously overwhelming. The important bit is finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with as that can make opening up less daunting.
