I am an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist and have been working for over 15 years in a number of different settings, including NHS Primary Care, women's domestic violence support, and working with young people. In those years I have helped many men and women from all ages and backgrounds experiencing difficulties with bereavement, relationship and family problems, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem.
