Hello, I’m Cate and I am a BACP registered Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I support people who are struggling with issues that are causing them distress, and help them to find their way through them. Understanding and exploring thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviour in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment can make a huge difference to wellbeing, and can help lift symptoms of anxiety and depression.
