Hello I'm Cerys & while I'm based in North Wales I also work online (which can be great if you want to experience counselling in the comfort of your home surroundings). My main aim is to provide you with a safe, judgement-free space to talk through any of your issues and concerns. The counselling room is somewhere you can be brutally honest, feel your emotions and hopefully use that space to find clarity.
