Hello! I’m Charlie. Counsellor, doctor in Psychiatry, and founder of Ginkgo Wellbeing. I am based in Yorkshire and offer online video counselling for adults nationwide. My areas of specialism are anxiety, low confidence and self-esteem, as well as neurodivergence, including late identification of autism/ADHD and support through autistic burnout , all from a neurodivergent-affirming and lived experience perspective.
