I am a UK Accredited Counsellor, Trauma-Informed Practitioner and Advanced Clinical Supervisor with over 18 years experience working with adults and young people dealing with a broad range of mental health issues including; depression, low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem and confidence, stress and trauma, life limiting illnesses, bereavement and loss, family and relationship difficulties, health related issues (chronic illness, cancer and menopause symptoms).
