I was a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, and qualified inintegrative counselling from the Iron Mill College. I work integratively but have a firm base of person centred theory at the core of my work, but with aspects of existentialism and attachment theory. Including therapeutic creativity as I've noticed it gives a voice to those that are unable to demonstrate vocally what they want to say.
